Since introducing these Just For Fun experiences, they have gone off with a BANG! They are generally held on Saturday afternoons each month and we recommend you BOOK EARLY to avoid disappointment.

We do things a little differently to other studios!

Our classes are

  • STRUCTURED – every class has a program behind it, designed to take you on the journey from absolute beginner to where ever you want to go, and every person in the class is at the same or similar level of ability as you.
  • INSTRUCTIONAL – we actually TEACH you. We teach you the HOW and the WHY -ie the “science” behind the how! You don’t just follow along with a group of 20-30+ other people and hope to keep up – and no one is ever left behind.
  • PROGRESSIVE – we continue to build on your skills, ability and fitness levels and work with you individually to overcome any little hurdles.
  • SMALL GROUPS – there is max of 8 to 10 ladies in a class to ensure you receive a quality class experience, more 1:1 attention for every student, and a more intimate experience.
