The 6 Week Essentials Course

Our ESSENTIALS courses are the perfect way to get started. You’ll learn about Bungee/Aerial safety, lots of the essential moves, start building your strength and endurance, and of course your skills. You’ll also have a ton of fun doing it.

** Please Note: ESSENTIALS is a COURSE, and you will be enrolling in the same day/time class each week x 6 weeks. Before booking, please consider your ability to attend the same class each week for the duration of the course. If not, scroll down to our FAST START which may be a more suitable option for you.

WHAT TO WEAR

We recommend comfortable yoga or gym clothing that you can move freely in – long or 3/4 leggings, t-shirt/singlet top (needs to be form fitting) and crop top/sports bra (particularly important for the bigger busted ladies). You’ll need lightweight sneakers for Bungee classes, and socks or grip socks for for Aerial, Barre & Pilates classes. Find out more here >>

WHAT TO BRING

We provide all equipment, but YOU will need to bring a YOGA MAT and a bottle of WATER. Please also bring a small TOWEL as you will be working up a sweat.

Please also bring a second small towel to wipe down and sanitise any equipment used during your class.

WHERE WE ARE

Please aim to arrive 5 – 10 minutes before your class so you can get organised and settle in. We’ll show you the change rooms and give you a run down of how everything works.
