Chicken Choy Bow

Needing some Lunchtime inspiration? Then check out this baby from my friend Kate who kindly introduced me to it’s yumminess – ♥♥♥

Ingredients –

  • 1 x Red Apple
  • 1-2 Celery Stalks
  • 250 g Shredded Chicken
  • 4 Iceberg Lettuce Leaves
  • Low Fat/No Fat Mayonnaise

Directions –

  1. Finely chop the apple and celery
  2. Place shredded chicken in a bowl with the chopped apple and celery
  3. Mix through a small amount of low fat/no fat Mayonnaise (just enough to bind the ingredients together)
  4. Scoop mixture into lettuce cups and serve.

DEFY GRAVITY FITNESS brings together over 15 years of knowledge, and fusing it with Functional and Suspension fitness to create my EXCLUSIVE new Bungee and Suspension based fitness classes.
