The team at Defy Gravity Fitness are experts in Bungee, Aerial and Suspension fitness and our small group classes and private training are unlike anything you’ll find find in regular gyms, boutique studios and local community halls.

No matter how you choose to Defy Gravity, our focus is always on YOU, and creating fun, full-body workouts to keep you moving and inspired!

Whether you are already a fitness fan, new to Bungee and/or Aerial, or new to exercise all together, our classes and private training are designed to build a fitter, stronger, more confident YOU!


WE DO THINGS A LITTLE DIFFERENTLY

Our classes run on a regular schedule, in 12 week blocks (terms) – and there are 2 ways to play…

UPFRONT/ADVANCE BOOKINGS

This is our preferred “mode of operation” and the best way to remain consistent and progressing towards your goals. You book into the same day/time class each week for the period of your payment package – ie 4 Weeks for Beginners – and from there, you can book up to 12 Weeks ahead!

The benefits? Your place is GUARANTEED in every class and you only need to book in ONCE. No more remembering to book your classes on a Sunday night and sometimes missing out on a place in your favourite class.

Sick or can’t make a class? No worries – you can re-schedule if you cancel out of your regular class as early as possible (at least 6 hours before).

FLEXI BOOKINGS

Although it’s not the ideal way to go, our Flexi-option is designed for people who are shift workers or have irregular schedules and just can’t commit to the same day/time each week.

Purchase a Pre-Paid 6 Class Pass (valid for up to 8 weeks) and book as you go. We offer casual places in selected Bungee and Aerial fitness classes where places are available.

* Flexi-bookings can be made up to 48 hours in advance.

THE PATHWAY

BEGINNERS

It all starts with the ESSENTIALS! Whether you’re brand new to Bungee, Aerial or Barre & Pilates, or getting back into the swing of things after a break, our ESSENTIALS classes are designed to ease you in and teach you the skills you need to feel safe and confident in your classes.

BEGINNER FRIENDLY OPTIONS

INTERMEDIATE / LEVEL 1

Now that you’ve mastered the Essentials, it’s time to step it up with one of our Level 1 or Open classes where we’ll up the intensity, introduce some new moves and techniques, and target more muscle groups with small precise movements, giant leaps and build on your beginner foundational strength. Dial it up or dial it down – YOU choose the intensity to suit your body and goals with the help and guidance of your Instructor.

LEVEL 1 & OPEN CLASSES

ADVANCED / JUNKIES

Get ready to sweat. Specifically geared towards those who are Bungee & Aerial masters, these advanced classes are the ultimate dynamic workout.

Lead by some of our most experienced trainers, you’ll challenge your strength and build stamina in ways that other workouts simply cannot match. You’ll also use our exclusive KO8 Bungee/Suspension Trainer for an even more complete workout….and all that in 45 minutes!
