Our EXCLUSIVE recreational Bungee & Aerial small group training, privates and fun experiences are innovative, effective & addictive, and will have you building strength, flexibility, mobility & confidence in ways that most other workouts simply cannot… PLUS you’ll have a ton of FUN doing it!!!

The team at Defy Gravity Fitness are experts in Bungee, Aerial and Suspension fitness and our small group training classes are unlike the generalised group classes found in gyms, dance/fitness studios and local community halls.

Our Small Group Training Classes are structured, instructional and progressive, and with small class numbers you will learn how to perform the different moves safely and effectively. Class sizes are capped at 8-10 people per class, and with the guidance of your Instructor we’ll target all 5 core elements of better health & fitness.

We offer a few different ways to experience what Defy Gravity has to offer!
  1. PLAY – SIP – DISCOVER EXPERIENCES – fly, float, graze, sip, laugh and discover Bungee AND Aerial fitness for yourself.
  2. FUNdamentals WORKSHOPS – these 2 Class Intro Workshops are the perfect way to get started!
  3. ESSENTIALS & PLUS COURSES/PROGRAMS – these classes are the starting point for those wanting to join our Bungee or Aerial classes on an ongoing basis (week-to-week or casual).
  4. 1:1 PRIVATE LESSONS – for those who want a more exclusive/private class or discovery session.

Class Options

Our classes are held Monday to Thursday evenings on a regular schedule in 12 week blocks/terms, and we offer 2 ways to play…

  1. TERM CLASSES – is the preferred option. You book the same day/time class each week in your chosen style/s, and have a GUARANTEED place each week. You can pay upfront OR 4 weekly by direct debit, and it’s pretty much Set & Forget! You can also change classes if there is a week you can’t make your regular class.
  2. CASUAL CLASSES – for those who are shift workers, or have irregular schedules and just can’t commit to the same day/time each week, our Casual Class option is for you! Purchase a pre-paid Casual Class Pass, and book as you go. We offer Casual places in both Bungee and Aerial fitness classes where vacancies are available. Bookings can be made up to 48 hours in advance.
