Unable to Make a Class?

We understand that sometimes things get in the way of being able to attend your class, but as our class sizes are quite small, YOUR ATTENDANCE REALLY DOES MATTER (unless of course you are genuinely unwell or have a family emergency) – so we offer the opportunity to CHANGE A CLASS on the odd occasion that you might be genuinely sick or an urgent family matter crops up, IF you have given us advance notice that you can’t make it.

If you can’t make your class, please Cancel as early as possible, and NO LATER THAN 6 HOURS BEFORE your class. It will be returned to your account so it can be used for alternative class within the same payment block as your classes.

PLEASE NOTE!

  • Any classes cancelled AFTER of the 6 hour cut-off are deemed a Late Cancellation, and the class will be forfeited.
  • Late Cancellations with less than 2 hours notice, or No Shows will also be charged a $10 Late Cancel Fee to their account!

This is a DIY System – here’s how to do it!

STEP 1:
  • Login to your Defy Gravity Online account here via the Wellness Living website OR through the Wellness Living Achieve app available in the Apple App Store or on Google Play
    • If you are current student you will have a profile already set up with your email address as your Login. If you don’t know your password, use the Forgot Password button to reset .
  • Go to your SCHEDULE
  • Find the class you wish to cancel from the Upcoming Classes list, click on it and click CANCEL…. DONE!!!
STEP 2:

When you’re ready to book an alternative class, login to your Wellness Living account or Achieve App, find a suitable class with availability and book in!

If the class you would like to attend is already fully booked, you can add yourself to the Wait List, and if a spot becomes available, you will be notified by email and/or Push Notification to the App on your phone.

MISSED CLASS POLICY

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY 👇

BEGINNER/INTRO STUDENTS: You get ONE (1) Class Change within the period you are enrolled in (normally 4 Weeks) and it must be used within the same time frame you booked (it does not roll over).

PRE-PAID/FLEXI STUDENTS – get a maximum of one FREE (1) Class Change every six (6) weeks, and it must be used by the expiry date of your classes – ie they don’t roll over to the following block. If extra class changes are required, additional changes can be requested at a cost of $10 p/class.

VIP MEMBERS – get one (1) Class Change every six (6) weeks and they can be used at anytime whilst you are a paid up VIP Member. They will accumulate up to a MAX OF 4, and will be valid until the end of your current membership period. If you need to change more than this, a Membership Suspension is available if you are going to miss 2 weeks or more classes.

CASUAL CLASS PASS HOLDERS: All classes MUST be used BY the expiry date of your Pass. Sorry, we cannot offer extensions!

Any missed/unused classes as at the expiry date detailed above WILL expire, and ARE NOT:

  • Redeemable for future class fees
  • Paid out as a refund
  • Redeemable as a credit note
  • Transferrable to another student

Minimum Class Sizes

As our group classes are quite small (max of around 8 -10 people per class), we require a MINIMUM of 50% capacity for a class to go ahead. If by 3pm on the day of a class there is less than 50% attending, we reserve the right to cancel that class.

Should it become necessary to cancel a class we will notify each of the students who were going to attend by text and/or email with as much notice as possible and will of course provide alternative class options.
