Our 1:1 & 1:2 Privates are perfect for if –
- You can’t find a class day/time that works for you and your busy schedule,
- You are unsure and want to try a 1:1 or 1:2 session before diving into group classes
- You’re a visitor to the area and want to try out a Bungee or Aerial class
Our Private Lessons are much more focused, so we cover a LOT more than we can in a group class. So if you want to fast track your skills, are looking to conquer some “nemesis moves”, can’t make it to a scheduled class, or just want that 1:1 experience, then a Private Lesson/s are for YOU!
Private Lessons -v- Personal Training! What’s the Difference?
Private Lessons are designed to be SKILLS based. Where you are taught how to do the various moves and /or perfect a move/s that you’re having trouble with.
Personal Training are GOALS based sessions – ie you have a goal/s that want to reach, eg. improve your overall fitness, lose weight, get stronger OR you may be recovering from an injury, want to add to your rehab routine, or have a physical limitation that prevents you from participating in general classes.
