Just a few things you need to know before you get started…

  • Our Signature Courses are run over 8 weeks (a term). You’ll book into a regular class each week (same day/time) with each class being 45-50 minutes in duration.
  • Want to double (or triple) your fun & fitness each week? Check out our fantastic value Membership options.
  • PRO-TIP! Our classes often book out several WEEKS in advance, so do book EARLY to avoid disappointment.

PLEASE NOTE: Our booking & student management system is powered by Mindbody BUT our 8 Week Courses are NOT available via the Mindbody App. Please use the desktop version using the link in timetables below or give us a call to make your booking over the phone.
