Cherene’s Anytime Super Smoothie

People often ask me how I start my day. Well…this one of my favourite ways to kick start my day! It’s a great energy booster any time of day as well as being a refreshing “tonic” for the morning after a big night.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Frozen Mixed Berries and Melon
  • 6 Mint leaves (scrunched to release their flavour)
  • 200 ml Coconut Water
  • A splash of fresh squeezed Orange Juice and Cranberry/Pomegranate Juice

** Optional:  for an extra nutrient and anti-oxidant hit, I’ll add 1 scoop of Victory Labs Native Greens which delivers the equivalent of 8 serves of greens & reds (fruit & veg)

Method:

Put all ingredients into a blender and zap for about 45 secs (until the consistency of
a smoothie).

Serve in a tall glass with a sprig of mint and enjoy 🙂

DEFY GRAVITY FITNESS brings together over 15 years of knowledge, and fusing it with Functional and Suspension fitness to create my EXCLUSIVE new Bungee and Suspension based fitness classes.
