Either full length or 3/4 Leggings or Bike Shorts is the best. Short shorts are NOT great for these classes.
On the top a snug fitting tank top, crop top or t-shirt.. As we will be doing inversions (upside down moves), please do not wear loose fitting t-shirts. Wear a suitable sports bra or crop top, so as to avoid wardrobe malfunctions 😮
Footwear – socks and light-weight sneakers! Regular running shoes (Nikes and the like) are not great for Bungee. My favourite is something light weight and flexible like Skechers!
Aerial Yoga Fitness
Please wear long or 3/4 length leggings. We do not recommend shorts or bike pants for Aerial as you can get “silk burn” .

This is a barefoot class, but for hygiene reasons please wear socks or grip socks.
PLEASE NOTE: To protect the hammocks, Jewellery and Watches are forbidden in the hammocks. If you wish to wear a smart watch or fit-bit, please ensure it securely covered by a soft wrist/sweat band.
Bungee Power Pilates Bar
Make sure to wear leggings, yoga pants or bike shorts and a snug fitting tank top, crop top or t-shirt. Please don’t wear SHORT shorts.
This is a barefoot class, but a lot of ladies prefer to wear grip socks. Normal socks can be too slippery on the timber floor.
